On 27 November 2025, NUR Power welcomed customers, regulator, and key stakeholders to the NUR Auditorium for our annual Customer Engagement Session.
The event provided a valuable platform to share updates on network performance, operational initiatives, and upcoming regulatory matters, while highlighting our commitment to safety, coordination, and system reliability.
The session also allowed us to hear directly from our customers—gaining insights, addressing concerns, and strengthening collaboration. Through these conversations, we showcased the improvements we’ve made in processes, internal controls, and service resilience, reinforcing the trust placed in us by our stakeholders.
