Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, NUR Power, and JS Solar have joined forces through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop a next-generation Smart and Green Industrial Park in Kulim Hi-Tech Park.

This collaboration marks a step forward in Malaysia’s clean energy journey, with the trio co-developing a Green and Smart Energy Transition Roadmap aimed at setting new national standards for sustainable industrial development.

Under the partnership, NUR Power will serve as the strategic independent power utility operator, Huawei Malaysia will lead as the technology enabler, and JS Solar will act as the strategic fulfillment partner overseeing project development.

Together, the three organisations aim to create a model for smart, efficient, and low-carbon industrial ecosystems — one that reflects the growing demand for energy innovation and environmental responsibility.
